Simple Notarizations

For example: Certified true copies, affidavit, statutory declaration, consent to travel, invitation letters etc.

First page with signature and seal $49.99 + GST

Additional pages requiring a signature are $10 + GST each.

Dower Consent

Required when there is only one spouse listed on title to a property being sold

$49.99 + GST

Additional pages requiring a signature are $10 + GST each.

Power of Attorney

For use outside Canada only.

A legal document that gives another person the authority to make financial/property decisions on your behalf.

$49.99 + GST

Additional pages requiring a signature are $10 + GST each.

Contracts and Agreements

Any contract that requires a notary to sign or witness signatures.

First page with signature and seal $49.99 + GST. $10 each for any additional pages that requires signature.

Please note: we do not notarize family law agreements.

Guarantee Certificates

In Alberta, Guarantee certificates are required to be signed before a lawyer. Please send your documents ahead of your appointment.

Dower Release

Release of dower rights on a property when it is only one spouse name on property.

From $149.99 + GST

Out of Province/Country Estate Documents

Witnessing and notarizing Out of Province/Country Estate documents.

Documents with no agency agreement: $199.99 + GST

Documents with Agency Agreement: $299.99 + GST

Agency Agreement and Identity Verification only: $149.99 + GST

There may be additional fees when Notary is required to scan, email or courier documents to the other Notary/Lawyer.
